Automotivate Fleet Solutions Limited, trading as Ilesbus by Trek, has a legitimate commercial interest in informing suitable UK passenger-transport operators, fleet businesses and public-sector transport buyers about relevant minibus and minicoach products, fleet replacement and associated support.
2. Necessity
Corporate email is a proportionate way to communicate relevant product information to appropriate business roles. Processing should be limited to business name, corporate email address, contact name and relevant job title.
3. Sources of information
Where contact details have not been provided to us directly, we obtain business contact information from publicly available sources, such as Companies House, Traffic Commissioner operator licence records and company websites.
4. Balancing and safeguards
Communications must be relevant to the recipient’s business activity, identify Automotivate Fleet Solutions Limited and Ilesbus by Trek clearly, remain limited in frequency and include a simple opt-out. Suppression requests must be applied promptly.

To object to this processing or stop receiving Ilesbus by Trek marketing, email sales@ilesbusbytrek.com or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will apply your request promptly and keep a limited suppression record so that you are not contacted again.
7. Review status
